“Floating Through Your Vinyasa Practice”

This workshop/practice will focus on creating more lightness in making your way through your vinyasa yoga practice.  Work will include developing more body awareness in loading weight into the strength of the arms along with making a better connection to the core strength that is the work of the bandhas.  This session is open to all yogis with knowledge of sun salutations and is offered by donation.

This workshop is open to all and will focus on an introduction to the 2nd series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice.  Saturday’s session will be a workshop format, and will focus on developing a better understanding of the anatomy of backbending.

Organizing a small group of like-minded and consistent yoga practitioners can sometimes be a difficult task, especially if you are newer to either yoga or to Myrtle Beach. 

If you are interested in more regular individual instruction and see the benefit of doing this in a small group environment but do not have access to organizing a group, then please contact Todd and express this interest

There may be an existing group that you could work with, or there may be a new group of yogis forming that you could join.
